Spellbound
This is a feature light demake of the Atari 2600 game Word Zapper created for TweetTweetJam 5! Shoot the letters to spell the given words before the clock runs out. The faster you finish the words, the more points you get!
Controls: L/R arrows to move your cannon left and right. X to fire, Z to backspace.

The letters move fast enough that it is both challenging and you don't have to wait too long after a miss. I like the backspace button.
Thanks! The backspace button was my compromise for my collision detection not being great :).
The collision detection seemed fine to me. I just figured it was there as a compromise for my poor aim.
